Our head chef, Cambridge, creates seasonal dishes with Alfie Buoy’s anchorage at the heart. That means freshly caught mahi mahi (thank you, Captain Greg), phenomenal boat-made chips and vegetables bought from the market that morning. The galley is always stocked with the essentials - even alongside Stromboli, the lava-spurting Aeolian island, Bridge has been known to whip up an incredible Full English Breakfast.

The charter’s menu is closely curated with our guests; Cambridge will do her utmost to accommodate for all dietary requirements and special requests (and Greg will do his utmost to catch a delicious fish!).
