The additional beverages requested in 2017 have been outlined in the itinerary below (again, please let us know if there is anything you would like to amend). We will take note of the additional drinks consumed during your charter and send an invoice to you.

A relaxed and light brunch served on arrival

11:30 (GST)  |  Embark on a 1-hour cruise to Les Îles Chausey

13:30 (CEST)  |  Anchor up in Les Îles Chausey

Guests are free to relax onboard, play on the water sports, and disembark to explore the beautiful French island, Chausey.

15:00  |  Lunch served onboard

- Scallops and squid on the menu
- No cucumber in the salad
- Cheeseboard for 1 guest (Stilton, Brie, Roquefort, etc.)
- A selection of craft beers, Mirabeau rose and a white chardonnay will be available

19:30  |  Guests are free to shower, change and enjoy a selection of canapés and champagne

- 6 x oysters
- No cheese in any of the canapés
- 2 x Ruinart Blanc de Blancs champagne non vintage will be served

21:30  |  Guests enjoy a light two-course dinner onboard, as Alfie Buoy cruises through St. Malo's lock and docks for the night

Fish for everyone to share, plus sharing sides

Guests are free to wander, explore and drink in St. Malo

In 2017, Alfie Buoy spent the last moments of Summer exploring the magnificent, winding inner-coastal bay of Kotor, known colloquially as 'Boka Bay'. It was a breathtaking introduction to AB's new 88-foot Sunseeker, and to the world of Mediterranean chartering.

He returned shortly afterwards, presenting a platter of fresh fish:
"This is the menu. How would you like your fish prepared?"
